　　3月20日，黔江区商场监管局安排辖区集贸商场主办者、衡器销售商、活禽水产售卖点、水果店、卤菜店、餐饮店等要点运营主体代表，举行电子计价秤专项整治动员会暨行政约谈会，以整治电子计价秤做弊、缺斤短两等计量违反法律规定的行为，全力标准商场计量次序，看护大众“菜篮子”“果盘子”消费公平。

　　会上，市质检五分院技术人员环绕电子计价秤最新技术标准、强制检定要求、过渡期需求留意的几点、新规履行时限等内容展开专题解说，要点解读新规中“开壳锁机、仅有溯源码、三码一封”等中心要求，辅导运营主体合规收购、运用、办理电子计价秤，从源头根绝“鬼秤”流入商场。
